Rent-A Fella LLC (“Rent-A Fella,” “we”) is a handyman company serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. This policy covers rent-afella.com and the information you share with us when you contact us or request a quote.

• Photos of the work: before-and-after photos of the work area. We never publish faces, house numbers or other identifying details without your permission.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, quote, schedule and complete your job, and to invoice and follow up.

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor our 1-year workmanship warranty, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending reminders, by contacting us below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
